Bobby Marshall, AAP - Corporate Training Manager
Bobby Marshall is the corporate training manager for Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and in the credit union industry for 15 years. Bobby has been with Catalyst/Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union for a dozen years. Prior to joining Catalyst, Bobby held the position of member service manager at U.S. Central Federal Credit Union.

Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Oklahoma Baptist University and a master’s degree in education from Central Oklahoma University. Bobby is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Brenda Blair, AAP - Training Officer
Brenda Blair has been a training officer at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union (formerly Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union) since 2007. In this role, she conducts training sessions on all correspondent and payment services products. Brenda also assists in the management and presentation of online webinars for Catalyst members.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Brenda worked as a trainer for a national corporation in the medical laboratory supply industry for five years. She also taught public speaking and computer classes at a local career college.

Brenda has a bachelor's degree in speech communications from Tarleton State University and a master's degree from Amberton University. Brenda is also an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
