Remote Deposit Capture is the electronic processing and collection of a credit union's deposited items through image exchange networks. Southwest Corporate provides the most expedient check collection and broad-based member support in the industry.

 

A scanner captures images of the deposits - at the credit union, a business or a member's home - and transmits them to Southwest Corporate for processing. Southwest Corporate handles all the encoding and data entry for credit unions.

 

All of Southwest Corporate's remote deposit solutions - Branch Capture, Teller Capture, Business (Merchant) Capture, Member (Consumer) Capture and ATM Capture - are powered by Bluepoint Solutions technology. Products fully integrate with each other and are complemented by Southwest Corporate's Image Deposit Return Service. A single administration channel provides credit unions the ability to manage all deposit activity from one location and to detect duplicate items or deposits anywhere within the system.
