Ceto Cash Calculator (C3)

Ceto Cash Calculator (C3) is a web-based vault cash management tool that allows Catalyst member credit unions to effectively ration daily branch and ATM cash levels.

C3 helps credit unions optimize currency levels institution-wide and reallocate excess vault and ATM cash into earning assets. On average, C3 users have decreased vault cash levels by 15 percent, while significantly improving internal operations and cash control. The tool also allows executive management to determine appropriate cash levels to support the differences in teller and vault operations of any sized credit union. Branch managers employ C3 to standardize cash control systems, reduce costs associated with shipments and deliveries and deliver high quality member service by ensuring the credit union has correct cash levels at its branches and ATMs.

This user-friendly cash management tool can easily monitor multiple branches from a main branch. C3 dynamically aligns cash needs, such as member usage, denomination mixes, "carry" cost and delivery expenses.
